All prices include our gourmet breakfast, which includes juice, fruit and a hot entrée, together with home baking.  With advance notice, we can prepare meals for people with special dietary needs and we would be happy to do so.

Our cancellation policy is 72 hours except during high season June to September when 14 days notice is required for a full refund.

During June to September cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in total stay charges.
Our cancellation policy is 14 days or more notice of cancellation for a full refund.

 Your consideration to give us as much notice as possible if your plans change is appreciated.  Once we have committed to you to hold the room we will be turning subsequent inquiries away.

 It is the responsibility of the guest at time of booking to consider these policies. Many travellers purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover their losses in the event of unforeseen changes in their plans. We will be glad to verify to your insurance agent any losses incurred to you in such an event.
