Deposit
and Cancellation Policy
7 day’s notice is required to
cancel your
booking. If we
receive less than 7 day’s notice for
cancellation, you will be
responsible for each night of your stay
that we re unable to re-book. A
$20 administration fee will apply.
We
are
a
small
business with only two rooms
available. Once
we take your booking we
will be turning subsequent bookings away. Therefore
your
consideration
to
give
us
as
much
notice as possible if your plans
change will be appreciated.
It
is the
responsibility of the
guest at time of booking to consider these
policies. Many travelers
purchase trip cancellation insurance to
cover their losses in the event
of unforeseen changes in their plans. We
will be glad to verify to your
insurance agent any losses incurred to you
in such an event.
