All prices include our gourmet breakfast, which includes juice, fruit and a hot entrée, together with home baking.  With advance notice, we can prepare meals for people with special dietary needs and we would be happy to do so.

Our home is a smoke-free and pet-free environment. Adult-oriented, we have no family-sized rooms, so we cannot accommodate young children.

• Your name
• Number of people in your party
• Date you will be arriving in Comox or Courtenay
• Expected departure date
• Credit card information, as follows: (OPTIONAL)
• Card type (Visa only, please)
• Card number
• Expiry date (mm-yy)
• Cardholder name (as it appears on the card)

7 day’s notice is required to cancel your booking. If we receive less than 7 day’s notice for cancellation, you will be responsible for each night of your stay that we re unable to re-book. A $20 administration fee will apply.

It is the responsibility of the guest at time of booking to consider these policies. Many travelers purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover their losses in the event of unforeseen changes in their plans. We will be glad to verify to your insurance agent any losses incurred to you in such an event.
