prices include breakfast, which includes juice,
fruit and a hot entrée. With advance notice, we can
prepare meals for people with special dietary needs and we would be
happy to do so.

Low
season discount: 10% discount is offered for bookings of 2 nights or
more from October to April (excluding Christmas & New Year break).
A 2 night minimum may apply to high season and long weekends. However
ask first as we may have space depending on how the bookings have been
made.
We are an adult orientated facility. Because of
antiques and luxurious soft furnishings we are not suitable for
families with small children.

is a smoke-free and pet-free environment. Adult-oriented, we have no
family-sized rooms, so we cannot accommodate young children. |

Deposit
and Cancellation Policy
7 day’s notice is required to cancel your
booking. If we
receive less than 7 day’s notice for cancellation, you will be
responsible for each night of your stay that we re unable to re-book. A
$20 administration fee will apply.
We
are
a
small business with only two rooms
available. Once we take your booking we
will be turning subsequent bookings away. Therefore
your
consideration
to
give
us
as
much notice as possible if your plans
change will be appreciated.
It is the
responsibility of the
guest at time of booking to consider these policies. Many travelers
purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover their losses in the event
of unforeseen changes in their plans. We will be glad to verify to your
insurance agent any losses incurred to you in such an event.
